Lonel Woods (Tenor) is an active performer of opera, oratorio and musical theatre. He has performed with The Michigan Opera Theater, The Washington National Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Toledo Opera, Chicago Opera Theatre, Chamber Opera Chicago and Houston Grand Opera. His recent performances include: Obadiah/Ahab/Tenor soloist in Mendelssohn's Elijah with Oakland Choral Society; The Third Jew in Salome with Toledo Opera; Giuseppe in La Traviata with Michigan Opera Theatre; in concert with Detroit Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Sir Roger Norrington; Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi with The Blue Lake Opera Company; Alfredo in La Traviata with Bay View Music Festival; Mingo in Porgy and Bess, The Messenger in Verdi's Aïda and Parpignol in Puccini's La Bohéme with Michigan Opera Theatre; Lord Cecil in Donizetti's Roberto Deveraux, and Federico in Verdi's Stiffelio, with Washington Concert Opera; and has performed the roles of Atilano in Dona Frañcisquita and The Second Duelsman, in Dangerous Liaisons with The Washington National Opera. He also performed, on Broadway and National tour, in Hal Prince's Tony Award winning revival of Showboat.
Dr. Woods is an Assistant Professor of Voice and teaches Private Voice, Vocal Techniques I & II, English Diction I & II, and Crane Live!, at The Crane School of Music. He has also conducted Phoenix Club, the SSAA choir on campus, as well as taught Class Voice.
Dr. Woods served on the faculty of Spring Arbor University, Georgetown Day School and Aurora Public Schools. He graduated from DePaul University, with a degree in Music Education, received a Master's of Music from Catholic University of America with an emphasis in vocal pedagogy and received a Doctorate of Musical Arts from the University of Michigan.
Dr. Woods has professional affiliations with The American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA), National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA/MENC).

Christopher Nappo, entering his 5th year at SUNY Potsdam, his third with MTO. Christopher is excited to be the president of MTO and work with this amazing E-board, after this past semester as assistant treasurer on the E-Board. In his time of MTO, he has been a part of the pits for four shows and the rehearsal accompanist for 3, including Guys and Dolls, I Love You Because, and Legally Blonde. MTO has been a big help in finding what he wants to do in his life: opening up a theatre company of his own.

Lauren is in her senior year at Suny Potsdam and her fourth year working
with MTO. She served as MTO's Secretary last year and is proud and honored
to now be the organization's Vice President. During her time with MTO,
Lauren has been a part of the casts of A Chorus Line, Company, Guys and
Dolls, I Love You Because, Legally Blonde and the organization's current
production of Avenue Q. Though she is not a theatre, dance or music major,
Lauren finds that taking part in the community learning that MTO provides
will help her grow and learn as she finishes up her degree in Secondary
English Education.

Kayleigh is a Senior at SUNY Potsdam. She is a Studio Art major with two concentrations, one being Graphic Design. She also has three minors along with being a TA for Art History and Mentoring. In High School she was in musicals from 7th-12th, including two community musicals. She partook in the Spring 2014 MTO show in Legally Blonde as a dancer, Jet Blue Pilot, and the Court Stenographer. Kayleigh enjoys drawing, dancing, biking, loving animals, and long walks on the beach.
